Cheddar Mushroom Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) un-baked pie crust
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Bake pie crust for 5 minutes
Remove from the oven and reduce temperature to 350° F.
Pour mixture into the pie shell and bake for 40
minutes or until a knife
comes out clean
Cool for 10 minutes
Can be made in advance and reheated.
